Professional Learning 2025-26 - BUSD

Participants will learn to identify the four main functions of behavior, formulate essential questions to determine those functions, and implement appropriate antecedent modifications and consequence manipulations. The session also covers functionally equivalent replacement behaviors (FERBs), the basic behavior cycle, effective reinforcement strategies, and an overview of the behavior consultation process.
